Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship items worldwide. For all items, system will calculate the shipping fee for your order during the check-out process(after in-put the shipping address).

How long it takes to my country?

We offer 2 different shipping services (Registered Air Mail and Express delivery e.g. DHL, UPS or Fedex). Buyer will able to see the estimated delivery time and shipping fee during the check-out process after entered the shipping country.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking information and an anticipated delivery date. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Can you ship orders to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, no. Be sure to enter a physical address when you order.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive your package with a leaky bottle or a broken trigger sprayer, please contact us at info@skylarglobal.com. Let us know your name, your order number, and the damaged or defective item(s) you received. We will be happy to replace the item(s).

Do you accept return refund?

Yes, We accept return. All products are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to dispatch. We accept return of 30 days of receipt, please make sure the return item must be in original shape/packing and working order. We pay for the postage on the item to buyer and buyer pays for all return postage costs.
